What to include in a technical enquiry
A scoped reply needs four things. Sending them in the first message removes a round trip.
- Project type. Cold room, controlled atmosphere or ULO storage, hydroponic system, or water treatment.
- Capacity or volume. Pallet positions, cubic metres, growing area, or flow rate.
- Location. City and country, plus whether the site is new build or an existing facility.
- Timing. Target commissioning date.
What happens next
