## Model

Arkan does not publish list prices. Every installation is engineered for the site, so the deliverable is a scoped proposal rather than a catalogue item. Pricing is quoted per project after a technical assessment, in AED or EUR depending on the contract.

## What drives cost

### Cold chain, controlled atmosphere and ULO storage
- Number of chambers and pallet positions or cubic metres per chamber
- Target atmosphere: standard refrigeration, CA (oxygen 2 to 5%) or ULO (oxygen below 1%). ULO requires a tighter envelope and tighter tolerances, so it costs more per cubic metre than CA
- Gas tightness of the envelope: new build versus conversion of an existing room
- Controlled atmosphere plant: nitrogen generators, CO2 absorbers, ethylene scrubbers
- Blast chilling or tunnel cooling if required
- Level of telemetric monitoring and automation

### Hydroponic and vertical farming systems
- System size: MicroFarm 6 m², restaurant GreenWall, or 20 to 40 m² pod
- Crop selection and target yield
- Climate control sizing for the site
- Lighting and nutrient dosing automation

### Water and process treatment
- Flow rate and network size
